We bring the Go-Kit — a wheeled case that opens into a full skills station with an adult manikin, an infant manikin, bag-valve masks and a tablet running live compression-rate and depth feedback. It sets up in a break room, a conference room, an unused exam room or a corner of the unit.
Each person is checked off individually. Most clinical staff clear their skills check in 15 to 25 minutes depending on the course, then go back to work. There is no class to schedule the whole department around.
