On-site Go-Kit session
We set up a skills station in your building and check people off in ones and twos across a shift change.
Best for: facilities with staff on site around the clock.
Long-term & post-acute care
Home health aides, floating CNAs, night shift, weekend coverage. CPRCL certifies distributed care staff through redeemable license packs and an on-site skills check that fits around the schedule you actually run.
What your staff receive
Long-term care and home health don't have a training day. They have three shifts, a float pool, per-diem staff, and a group of home health workers who may not set foot in the office in a given week.
A classroom course assumes everyone can be in one room at one time. That assumption is what breaks. So certifications lapse quietly, get caught during a survey or an audit, and then have to be fixed under pressure and at premium cost.
CPRCL is built the other way around. Coursework is completed individually online. The in-person skills check happens on your site — and because check-offs are one-on-one, people can come through in ones and twos across a shift change rather than all at once.

Official AHA-aligned modules, done between shifts rather than in a booked-out training day.

The Go-Kit opens on a table, a mat or the floor — adult and infant manikins, bag-valve masks, and live compression-rate feedback on a tablet.

Issued individually and verifiable, with a roster of who is current and renewal reminders for what is coming due.
The Go-Kit is a wheeled case that opens into a complete skills station: adult manikin, infant manikin, bag-valve masks, and a tablet showing live compression rate and depth. It sets up in a dining room after breakfast service, a therapy gym between sessions, a staff room, or the corner of an activity space.
For home health agencies, the usual pattern is a station set up in the office on the days aides come in for supplies, paperwork or a team meeting — so certification attaches to a trip they were already making.

Each person receives a nationally recognized AHA eCard, issued individually and verifiable online — which is the form your surveyors and your personnel files want it in.
Verifiable AHA eCards with clear issue and expiry dates for every person on staff.
The level is stated on the card, so you can show the right level for the right role.
Nothing depends on a class roster or a paper certificate that lives in one binder.
Assign a license to a new hire in their first week instead of waiting for the next scheduled class.
Long-term care runs high turnover. Buying seats for named individuals six weeks out means paying for people who have already moved on.
License packs are bought as a block and assigned when you need them: certify the eight people who are current on staff this month, hold the rest of the pack for the next intake, assign a license to a new hire on their first week, and redeem at any CPRCL location — which matters if you run more than one building.
Requirements vary by state and by payer, and many agencies require it as a condition of employment regardless. Most agencies certify aides at the Heartsaver CPR, AED & First Aid level. Check your state's requirements for your specific license type.
Tell us how many buildings, how many staff and how your shifts run. We'll build a plan around it.
