The calendar is the constraint
Schools don't have a flexible training window. They have in-service days, pre-season, and a narrow band in August. Everything else is instructional time nobody will give up.
That is exactly the pattern blended learning fits. Staff complete the coursework on their own time — over the summer, during a planning period, at home. The in-person portion is a short one-on-one skills check that we can run through an entire faculty during a single in-service day, because check-offs are individual rather than a class everyone sits through together.

How districts buy
Redeemable license packs are the usual structure. A district buys a block, then draws it down: coaches before fall sports, the rest of the faculty at the August in-service, new hires as they arrive in October.
Packs are redeemable at any CPRCL location, so a district with a dozen buildings buys once rather than negotiating per school.
Frequently Asked Questions
Requirements vary by state, district policy and role, and are often strictest for coaches, nurses and athletic staff. Many districts certify broadly regardless of the minimum, because AED coverage across buildings depends on it. Check your state and district requirements.
